Commercial Software License Agreement

This SDK (Software Development Kit) is licensed, not sold. By installing, copying, or otherwise using this SDK, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the SDK solely for integration with or development of applications that are authorized under your agreement with the Licensor.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, or share the SDK in source or compiled form.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the SDK.
- Use the SDK for any purpose not explicitly allowed in this agreement.

3. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the SDK, including any modifications or derivative works, remain with the Licensor.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The SDK is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the SDK.

6. TERMINATION
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the SDK.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India.
